Synopsis

After a string of unfortunate circumstances, a powerful Colombian cartel leader flees his country and finds himself in a disadvantaged area of ​​Montreal, disguised as a priest. Benito Alvaros, now Padre Ramon, then meets Marcel Simard, who despite having an irrational fear of the police, secretly dreams of becoming a vigilante to correct all the injustices suffered by the people in his neighborhood. Without knowing the identity of his new priest, Simard immediately begins to trust Ramon, and even offers to team up with him. Things take a turn when the two men get their hands on money printing presses. Simard believes it to be a divine sign and forces Ramon’s hand. The two men set out to print fake banknotes; Simard, to help the neighborhood children, and Ramon, to prepare for his escape. Throughout their quest, an unlikely relationship forms that will lead Simard to free himself from his fears, and Ramon finally use his criminal tendencies for good.
